The SEGRO brand, which has been known around the world for 100 years, commissioned us to develop its image and increase its recognisability in the Polish and Czech markets.
We developed a strategy and tonality, and created a distinctive manner of brand communication for existing and prospective customers.
Since 2017, we have provided a full ongoing advertising service (full service) to the SEGRO brand.

In 2017, we invented a custom Direct Marketing parcel for SEGRO that encouraged the lease of warehouse
and production space in SEGRO parks located in Gliwice or Gądki.
The parcel that was sent to agents included a gadget – a vintage receiver.
Upon dialling the number provided, the voice of the popular narrator Tomasz Knapik encouraging the use of SEGRO services could be heard.
We also used the receiver theme in the campaign for entrepreneurs.
CALL SEGRO LANDING PAGE
We created a landing page containing detailed information about the promoted SEGRO logistics parks for the campaign.
The website included specific locations and technical parameters.
It also encouraged getting in contact with the company directly by telephone about leasing space.
PRESS ADVERTISEMENTS
As part of our brand service, we create press advertisements promoting SEGRO
and presenting examples of successful cooperation with selected lessees.
The texts are created in Polish and in English.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
We prepare updated materials to support the sale of SEGRO warehouse and production space on a regular basis.
Folders, catalogues, brochures, etc. are created in Polish or in English.
