We were asked by Hines to design a logo, visual identification and claim for Novum apartments in Krakow.
In this case, we favoured a minimalistic approach but also a strong character.
We chose two bold colours for the brand, a modern garish green and an elegant deep blue,
to highlight the most important features of the investment project.
Due to the fact that a triangle was the central architectural theme of the housing estate, it was reflected in the logo.
We created a campaign inspired by poster art to launch the new housing estate on the market.
It was no accident that we chose such a solution.
After all, we were supposed to advertise buildings to be situated in the artistic capital of Poland.
